Surrounded by the beauty of Privato Winery as summer had just begun to bloon, we gathered to reconnect with one of the most essential—and often forgotten—parts of ourselves: our creativity.
Guided by Jungian psychotherapist Alisa Weninger, the afternoon unfolded as an invitation to move beyond productivity and perfectionism, and toward curiosity, play, and the quiet wisdom of desire. Together, we explored creativity not as something reserved for artists, but as a life force that belongs to every woman.
Guests lingered over a beautiful picnic lunch crafted by Chef Mack Isaak, shared thoughtful conversation among the vines and gardens, and found themselves settling into the slower rhythm of a summer afternoon. There was laughter, joy, reflective silence, unexpected insight, and the unmistakable feeling of permission—to create, to wonder, and to become.
Women & Creativity reminded us that creativity is far more than what we make. It's how we approach our lives, our relationships, our work, and ourselves. And when we nurture that part of us, every area of life becomes a little more vibrant.

On a bright Sunday morning in spring, at TABLE twelvefifty, ambitious women from across Kamloops gathered over brunch to explore a different way of thinking about business—one rooted not only in ambition, but in alignment.
Hosted in collaboration with Stacey Owen (Hey Silly Rebel), the conversation invited entrepreneurs, leaders, and women with big ideas to consider success through a more sustainable, wholehearted lens. Together, we explored what it means to build businesses that honour our values, our relationships, and the seasons of our lives.
Between meaningful conversations, nourishing food, and thoughtful reflection, guests found themselves connecting not through networking, but through honesty. Wins were celebrated, challenges were shared, and the room quickly became one of encouragement rather than competition.
Women & Business was a reminder that some of the most valuable business opportunities don't come from exchanging business cards—they come from gathering around a table with women who genuinely want to see one another thrive.
On a warm spring evening at TABLE twelvefifty, women gathered for one simple purpose: to make new friends.
In a world where building meaningful adult friendships can feel surprisingly difficult, this Friends by Fullest Table pop-up created a welcoming space to meet new people without the pressure or awkwardness that often comes with putting yourself out there.
Through thoughtfully designed conversation prompts, shared laughter, and a beautiful meal, strangers quickly became familiar faces. Tables buzzed with stories, curiosity, and the kind of easy conversation that emerges when everyone arrives with the same hope—to connect.
There were no speakers, no agenda to follow, and nowhere else to be. Just good food, intentional hospitality, and the reminder that friendship often begins with something as simple as sharing a table.
By the end of the evening, phone numbers had been exchanged, future coffee dates were already being planned, and what began as a room full of strangers felt remarkably like community.

In the quiet stretch of late winter, we gathered together at Hello Toast to explore a theme that lives inside every woman — the seasons of our inner lives.
The Inner Seasons evening invited guests to step out of the constant forward momentum of modern life and into a slower, more reflective space. Together, we explored the natural rhythms of energy, rest, creativity, and renewal that shape our lives — and how learning to honour those rhythms can bring more ease, clarity, and self-trust.
Between courses of a beautiful seasonal meal prepared by Chef Mack Isaak, guests listened to thoughtful conversations led by Kelsey Cobbe of Elderberry Mother Care and Coach Kylye Ann Ralston. Their words offered gentle wisdom on the cyclical nature of womanhood and the power of living in alignment with our bodies, our seasons, and the stage of life we are currently inhabiting.
As always at the Fullest Table, the most meaningful moments often happened between the scheduled ones — in the quiet conversations across candlelit tables, in the laughter that bubbled up unexpectedly, and in the small but powerful realization that none of us are navigating our seasons alone.
The evening felt soft, grounding, and deeply nourishing — a reminder that life does not have to be lived in constant summer.
There are winters for rest.
Springs for renewal.
Summers for expansion.
And autumns for letting go.
And when women gather to speak honestly about the seasons they’re in, something beautiful happens:

Over two intimate, sold-out evenings in the gorgeous cellar at Privato Winery, we gathered around the table to talk honestly about what it means to hold motherhood and ambition at the same time — not in theory, but in real life.
The room felt was relaxed, grounded and soft - free of pressure, with no glossy “balance it all” messaging — just women showing up as themselves, taking a deep breath, and sharing honestly what this season is actually like for them.
Chef Mackenzie Isaak served a beautiful, seasonal three-course meal, and between bites and sips of Privato wines, the conversations flowed easily.
Zainab Oladipo gifted the room with some healing laughter and inspired so much awe and admiration as she shared her story and her experiences with breaking a Guiness World Record. Dr. Christelle Oliver-Dussault offered practical, heartfelt support for ambitious mothers — including her now-famous “Ambitious Mother’s Survival Kit”.
And a recurring theme surfaced at the tables: that building friendships and support as adults often requires going first. Women weren’t just talking about connection — they were exchanging numbers, making real plans, and actually booking the coffee date right there at the table.

Our highly anticipated encore Supper Club for the winter season celebrated the many facets of desire. After a presentation by Brina Braun of Bare by Brina Studios and words from Fullest Table founder, Kayla Brazier, guests connected over conversational themes such as ego, authenticity, repression, money, and pleasure - among an endless variety of others. A decadent, french inspired menu by chef Mack Isaak accompanied local wines. The evening buzzed with an energy of indulgence, inspiration, and an anticipation for the coming spring season.
Our first gathering as the Fullest table community took place in the historic Commodore building in downtown Kamloops. Guests were inspired by words of wisdom from community leaders and entrepreneurs Leilani Reid and Kyla Erlandson, and nourished by a gluten & dairy-free, Moroccan inspired menu by Jessica Lavelle of Gingerly Nourished. We discussed the ever-important theme of cultivating self-worth as the most foundational work in the journey to the fullest life.
